This is my newest design.

It's based of a song by Parker & Hanson named Aim High, Shoot Low : [link]

This sentence really means much to me because I always aim for a goal that I cannot always reach (mostly in design) and I often forgot to try because I tell myself ''Bahh, why should I? I'll never be good has these guys''.

Well since I've listened to this song, I realised that to reach the goal that I seek, I have to work for it.

So that's why in life you gotta aim high and shoot low until you reach your goal :)

The bullet is a stock image.

The rest is brushing, you can get great splatter brushes or image at [link], [link], psbrushes.net or brusheezy.com.

Use the transform/warping too along with the burn and dodge tool and there ya go ;)
